The October FIDE rating list is published and as expected includes WCC Mexico 2007 results. This means that on top of the rating list is Anand with 2800+ rating. Second place is for Ivanchuk.

Vishy Anand continues leading a full point ahead of Boris Gelfand. Both drew their round 13 games. In the only decisive game of the day Peter Leko won against Alexander Morozevich. Today is the last round and if Anand keeps the current performance he will grab the World Champion title and break the 2800+ barrier.
