The 16th Prague Open Chess Tournament is taking place from January 13-20, 2017, at the luxurious Olympik Hotel****, in Prague, Czech Republic.

The event is a 9-round Swiss open tournament with time control 90’/40 + 30′ + 30″.

Top seed players are: GM Marcin Tazbir (POL) 2524, GM Tanguy Ringoir (BEL) 2496 and GM Konstantin Chernyshov (RUS) 2492.
