2016 San Sebastian Chess Open

san sebastian spainThe 39th International Open San Sebastian will take place from March 19th to March 26th 2016. It is organized by the Gipuzkoan Chess Federation in the beatiful city of San Sebastian in Northern Spain. It features a prize pool of more than 5000 euro, with 1400 going to the winner of the tournament and separate prizes for best Guipuzkoan player and other categories. The event will span 9 rounds of Classic Chess, with 90 minutes + 30 sec/move games.
