28th 4NCL Congress Open takes place over the weekend 8-10 July at Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire featuring three tournaments: Open, Under 2000 and U1700. All events are being played in 5 swiss rounds, with time control: All moves in 90 minutes plus 30 second increment per move from move 1.
