The 2nd Branko Vukmanovic Memorial was organized by the Chess Club Mimoza on 28-29th April in Tivat, Montenegro.
The tournament, which was last year a full fledged FIDE rated Open and part of the Balkan Grand Prix, was played over nine rounds of Swiss system with rapid time control.
Several countries from the region were represented in the field of 41 players. Four Grandmasters competed in the tournament.
GM Nikola Djukic and IM Blazo Kalezic, members of the national team at the 2011 European Team Championship, shared the first place with 7.0 points each.
