The Open section of 33rd National Under-17 Open Chess Championship is taking place in Punjab, India, between May 1st and 9th. The time control is 90 minutes for the whole game with a 30-second increment from move one. It is a 11-round Swiss tournament with participation of Suresh Harsh, S Harshad, S Aswath, Arjun Adireddy, Pankaj Bagwe Gaurang, Chakraborty Mayank, Hemant Agarwal Mukund, Advaith Vemula Vignesh, Krishnan Ritvik, Maheshwari Arnav, etc.
