46th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar

Official FIDE logoOn 6, 7 and 13 February 2016 the 46th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Chess IQ Academy (USA) and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer and Technical Organizer of the seminar was IA/IO Sevan Muradian (USA), Secretary of the FIDE Rules Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Ken Ballou (USA).

The language of the Seminar was English.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:

Due to the Lecturer’s unexpectedly pass away the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission was able to collect so far only nine (9) of the examination tests of the participants (who have communicated with the Commission and have resent their exams to the Assistant Lecturer IA Ken Ballou).

The participants of the 46th INTERNET FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, who have not communicated with the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission yet, are kindly requested to resend their examinations tests to the Assistant Lecturer of the Seminar IA Ken Ballou (at his email : ballou@crab.qozzy.com ), in order the list of the successful participants to be finalized and sent for approval to the 2016 Moscow FIDE Presidential Board.
