52nd Honduras Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar – Results

Official FIDE logoFrom 4 to 9 July 2017 the 52nd Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Chess Federation of Honduras and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Hector Mejia Espinal (HON).

The Technical Organizer was Juan Carlos Hernandez. The Lectures were in Spanish language.

Twenty two (22) Arbiters from fourteen (14) federations (Argentina, Costa Rica, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Netherland Antilles, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Peru, Paraguay, Guyana, USA and Panama) attended the seminar on Internet and participated in the examination test held after the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
