The Administrative Court of Sofia has ruled to cancel the decision of Bulgarian Chess Federation (BCF) and to lift all the sanctions that were imposed on Grandmaster Kiril Georgiev, ACP President Emil Sutovsky announced on his Facebook page.
According to the ruling, the BCF will have to compensate the financial losses, which Grandmaster Georgiev has suffered due to unlawful decision to ban him.
