The Ceske Budejovice Open B 2023 is a 9-round Swiss tournament taking place from 1–9 July 2023 in Ceske Budejovice, Czechia. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. The top five rated players are Jiri Svetly, Milan Lizner, Lukas Karolyi, Martina Sosovickova and Jiri Hajek.
