The Cuban National Chess Commission has announced the teams which will represent Cuba in the upcoming World Chess Olympiad in Tromso, Norway.

Open:
Leinier Dominguez, world No. 11 (2760 Elo), Lazaro Bruzon (2694), Yuniesky Quesada (2642), national champion Isan Ortiz (2588) and Yuri Gonzalez (2557).

Women:
Lisandra Ordaz (2359), national champion Sulennis Pina (2335), Yanira Vigoa (2317), Maritza Arribas (2308) and Yaniet Marrero (2327).

Grandmasters Aryam Abreu and Román Hernández are the new national captains. The teams will have training camp on 14-23rd July.
