Cuba going strong in World Team Chess Championship

Cuba defeated Egypt in round four of the FIDE World Team Chess Championship to remain on the top of the crosstable with 7 match points.

China and Ukraine won against Armenia and Israel respectively to maintain close distance one point behind the leader.

The host Armenia and defending champion Russia (without Vladimir Kramnik) are struggling to find the form, sharing the 7th place with two points each. Full results below.
