The European Chess Club Cup 2012 takes place 10-17 October in Eilat, Israel. A total of 34 teams participate in the Open section and 8 teams in the women section of the club team championship of Europe. Top players include Radjabov, Nakamura, Ivanchuk, Morozevich, Grischuk, Topalov, Mamedyarov, Wang Hao, Gelfand, Svidler, Ponomariov, Dominguez, Leko, Wojtaszek, etc.
