French team for the ETCC 2007 announced

All the strongest players will participate

A very strong team has been announced by the French Chess Federation for the European Team Chess Championships 2007 in Crete. The men’s team will include super-star GM Etienne Bacrot, this year French champion 17-years old GM Maxime Vachier-Lagrave and European champion Vladislav Tkachiev. The women’s team will feature 20-years old IM Marie Sebag and experienced IM Almira Skripchenko.
