The European Youth Chess Championship 2022 will take place from 5th November (arrival day) – 15th November (departure day) in Antalya, Turkey.
The event will be played in 6 age categories: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18, open and girls sections separately, in 9 rounds, swiss system, with time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one. The official venue of the European Youth Chess Championship 2022 will be *****Pine Beach Hotel Convention Center, which is also the official hotel of the Championship altogether with *****Papillon Ayscha Hotel.
Prizes:
The first three players in each group will be awarded medals. The Winners of respective groups will become the European U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 open and girls Champions. The best ranked six players of each group will be awarded medals and diplomas.
