The 103rd edition of the FC Saint Pauli Chess Open is taking place on 5th – 14th July in Hamburg, Germany. This long lasting event counts with 132 participants in the main group.
It is a 9 rounds Swiss open with a time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves, plus 30 minutes to finish the game and 30 seconds increments from the first move.
The first prizes in the main section: 1 Place: 2000€ – 2 Place: 1500€ – 3 Place: 1000€ – 4 Place: 700€ – 5 Place: 400€ – 6 Place: 200€.
There will be a blitz event on Friday July 12th.
