A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 6 November 2015 in Barnaul, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Altai Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be FA Nadezhda Zykina (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
