FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Bhubaneswar, India

Official FIDE logoA FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 29 August 2017 (at the same period with the Asian Cities Chess Championship 2017) in Bhubaneswar, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Prof. Rathinam Anantharam (IND), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND).

The venue of the Seminar will be the KIIT University Campus, in Bhubaneswar. The language of the Seminar will be English.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
