A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29 to 31 January 2016 in Birmingham, England, by the Four Nations Chess League, in cooperation with the English Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Holiday Inn Hotel in Birmingham Airport, Coventry Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B26 3QW.
The Lecturer will be IA Alex McFarlane (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Lara Barnes (ENG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
