A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 1 to 4 of July 2015 in Cali, Colombia, by the Confederation for Chess of America, in cooperation with the Colombian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the venue of the Pan American Youth Championships, in Cali.
The Lecturer of the Seminar will be IA Jorge Vega (GUA), Americas Continental President and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Jose Martinez (MEX).
The language of the Seminar will be Spanish.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
