FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Moscow, Russia

Official FIDE logoA FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 31 January to 5 February 2015 in Moscow, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian State Social University in Moscow.

The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Artiom Akhmetov (RUS).

The language of the Seminar will be Russian.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
