A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 29 to 30 June 2018 in Oran, Algeria, by the Algerian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Auberge de Jeunes Cap Falcon, in Oran.
The Lecturer will be IA Stephane Escafre (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Merouane Tabti (ALG) and IA Adnane Nesla (ALG).
The language of the Seminar will be French and Arabic.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
