A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 24 to 27 August 2017 in Pocos de Caldas, MG, Brazil, by the Brazilian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Seminar will be held during the FIDE World Cadets Chess Championships (21-31 August 2017).
The Lecturer will be IA Antonio Bento (BRA), FIDE Lecturer. The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.
The Seminar will give norms for FIDE Arbiter title, according to the FIDE Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
