A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 26 to 29 September 2015 in Porec, Croatia, by the Croatian Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Croatian Association of Chess Arbiters and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Valamar “Diamant” Hotel, in Porec.
The Lecturer will be IA Almog Burstein (ISR), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Nenad Doric (CRO).
The language of the Seminar will be English, with translation to Croatian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
