A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 13-19 August 2015 in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, by the Trinidad & Tobago Chess Association and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Cascadia Hotel, St. Anns, in Port of Spain.
The Lecturer of the Seminar will be IA Serafin Chuit Perez (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Russel Smith (TTO).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
