A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 5 to 9 November 2015 in Samara, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Tsiolkovsky Sanatorium in Samara region, Russia.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Stanislav Yanushevsky (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
