FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sauremo, Angola

Official FIDE logoA FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 2 to 4 December 2014 in Sauremo, Angola, by the Angola Chess Federation, in cooperation with the African Chess Union and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese and English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
