FIDE Disabled Commission Arbiters’ Seminar in Dresden, Germany

Official FIDE logoA FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21 to 25 October 2015 in Dresden, Germany, by the FIDE Disabled Commission, in cooperation with the ZMDI Schachfestival Dresden and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Geurt Gijssen (NED), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lectures will be IA Egmont Poenisch (GER) and Commission Chairman Thomas Luther (GER).

The language of the Seminar will be German and English (and sign language, if needed).

The Seminar is a pilot project of the FIDE Arbiters’ and Disabled Commissions and will be held during the World Championship for the Disabled.
