FIDE Women’s Grand Prix 2022-2023 – Final list of participants and players allocation

The 2022-2023 series of Women’s Grand Prix tournaments features four events which will be held between August 2022 and June 2023.

Each tournament will be played as a twelve-player round robin event with time control: 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move 1. The series gathers a total of 16 players and each of the sixteen players will participate in three out of four Women’s Grand Prix tournaments.

The total prize fund for each leg will be €80,000, with another €80,000 being distributed among the top 8 finishers in the global Women’s Grand Prix Series standings, according to the cumulative points they score across the four events.
