FIDE Women’s World Chess Championship – Photos

The press conference and opening ceremony of the 2015 FIDE Women’s World Chess Championship were held tonight in Gazprom Galaktika and Grand Hotel Polyana.

Sixty-four chess players from 28 countries are taking part in the knockout contest which lasts until 7 April. The first game of the first round is starting on Tuesday 15:00 local time.
