The NSW Open 2015 took place from 6-8th June, at the Chatswood Club in Sydney, the most populous city in Australia and Oceania.
The tournament was a 7-round individual Swiss event with tempo of play 90′ + 30″ and it is an ACF & Oceania Grand Prix Class 5 event.
International Masters Anton Smirnov and Max Illingworth came out joint winners of the NSW Open 2015, finishing with 6/7 points and leaving the nearest follower GM Zong-Yuan Zhao half a point behind.
