Internet Refreshing Course for Arbiters in Russian language

Official FIDE logoFrom 16 to 18 November 2015 a Refreshing Course for Arbiters in Russian language will be organized on Internet by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.

The following subjects will be discussed:
(a) The changes of the Laws of Chess that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(b) The changes of FIDE Titles, Ratings Regulations that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(c) The Anti cheating guidelines for Arbiters that have been approved in 2014 Sochi FIDE Presidential Board and are in effect.

The sessions will be 14:00-17:00, Moscow time.

The lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Rules Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Michail Prevenios (GRE).

The participation will be free for all International and FIDE Arbiters.
