Live rating list resumes activity

games from Bundesliga and Pearl Spring updated

After several weeks of protest, the Live rating list, managed by the Measure Up author Hans Arild Runde, has resumed activity. The first round of Pearl Spring chess tournament has been updated, as well as the games from the Bundesliga and the first rounds of the Hungarian League.

Currently Veselin Topalov is top of the list, only 4,5 points away from the 2800 mark. The World Champion Anand is second, while Ivanchuk will be trying to defend his third place as he is only 2 points ahead of Carlsen.

The biggest rating gainers until now are Akopian +28,9, Sasikiran +17,3, and Wang Yue +14,6. They are set to be in the 2700 club in the January rating list.

Make sure to check out the list later this week as more tournaments will be added.
