Outpost Battle 5.0 is an online chess tournament with €300 prize pool. The event has a time control of 3 min + 2 sec and is a Swiss competition. It starts this July 2 at 9pm CEST. The entry fee is 4 eur, but there is an early bird 25% until this Friday on Outpost.

- Rating sections: Players are considered as FIDE/USCF Under 1900/1600 if their Standard rating is the same or less than 1900/1600 (If the standard rating is 0 – Rapid, if Rapid is 0 – Blitz is going to be considered), and they don’t have 200+ rating points more than their rating section maximum on their Chess.com account. For example: the player who is U1900 FIDE Standard must be rated 2100 or less on Chess.com (Blitz, 1 day before tournament start).
- Unrated players: Players are considered as FIDE Unrated if they don’t have a FIDE profile or are Unrated in all 3 time control types on their FIDE profile AND they are not 2000+ rated on their Chess.com account (Blitz, 1 day before tournament start). Unrated players are eligible for prices in every rating section!
