The first super tournament of the year Tata Steel 2015 is attracting massive attention with the top GM stars in the Masters and Challengers group. But Tata Steel is much more than two closed tournament, it is a huge festival consisting of amateur events, camps, lectures, and chess activities.

One of the new additions is the Chess In School events by Chessity, part of the cooperation announced earlier this month. A team consisting of frontman Janton van Apeldoorn, supported by Regobert Eijkelkamp, IM Robert Ris and IM/WGM Alina L’Ami hosted a large group of children from local schools. The kids could try for themselves how ‘Gaming your Training’ actually works.
