The University of Texas at Dallas is organizing the 2014 UT Dallas Fall FIDE Open from 21-26th November at the Embassy Suites Dallas – Park Central, 13131 North Central Expressway, Dallas, Texas, USA.
The 9-round Swiss event with the time control 90’+30″ guarantees prize fund in the amount of $7,500.
44 players from 15 different countries are taking part in the event, including 11 GMs, 11 IMs, 7 FMs, 3 WIMs and 2 WFMs.
Top seed is Canadian GM Anton Kovalyov (2617).
