Vassily Ivanchuk awarded the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree

By the decree of the President of Ukraine № 845/2011, on awarding state awards of Ukraine on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of independence, the famous Grandmaster Vassily Ivanchuk was awarded the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise IV degree for his significant personal contribution to the independence of Ukraine, the establishment of its sovereignty and international authority, conscientious and impeccable service to the Ukrainian people.
