Women Chess Conference Prague 2022

The Women Chess Conference Prague 2022 will be held from 25th-27th August in Prague’s Hotel Don Giovanni, during the European Women’s Chess Championship 2022.

The Conference is open to all ECU federations (representatives, players, officials, etc) wishing to support and promote women and girls in chess on a national and international level. Some of the Invited Guests and Speakers are: the ECU President Mr. Zurab Azmaiparashvili, the ECU Vice President and FIDE Managing director Ms. Dana Reizniece-Ozola, reigning European Women’s Chess Champion Ms. Elina Danielian, Vice President of Chess Sports Associaton Ms. Lilli Hahn, International Arbiter Ms. Jirina Prokopova.

The scope of the Conference is to share best practices and introduce successful female chess programs, to engage strong female players to promote chess on local and international level, and to connect on the international level and discuss the possibilities of mutual cooperation.
