The Commission for Women’s Chess, in cooperation with the Sri Lanka Chess Federation, is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 26 to 28 November 2014, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue will be the Colombo University in Colombo.
The Lecturer will be IA Franca Dapiran (ITA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Luxman Wijesuriya (SRL).
The lectures will be in English language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
