FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Windhoek, Namibia

From 12 to 14 September 2014 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Windhoek, Namibia, by the Namibian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), FIDE Lecturer. The lectures were in English language.

Fourteen (14) people from Namibia participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded the title of the FIDE Arbiter, according to the article 3.10 of the regulations for the titles of Arbiters and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
