FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Xiamen, China

Official FIDE logoThe Chinese Chess Association in cooperation with the Zhu Hai Chess Association is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Xiamen, China, from 29 April to 1 May 2017, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA K.K. Chan (HKG) and IA Liang Zhihua (CHN).

The language will be English with translation in Chinese.

The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
