Milos Pavlovic finished first at the Glenco Tournament 2013

London Chess ClassicGM Milos Pavlovic maintained the lead he amassed at the beginning of the Glenco Tournament 2013 and finished clear first with 7/9 points.

The tournament was held on 1st-5th May at the Ældrecentret, Jyllandsgade 8B, DK-7000 in Fredericia, Denmark.

After winning his five first games, Pavlovic fell against IM Silas Esben Lund. His last three games finished with two draws and one victory, enough to sum 7 points in the standings. Two players finished a whole point behind, German IM Thorsten M. Haub and the already mentioned Danish IM Silas Esbend Lund.

FM Jakob Aabling-Thomsen obtained 5.5/9 points and secured an IM norm, thanks to a win in the last round.
