GM Anish Giri played a long game to beat GM Nils Grandelius to continue his winning streak at the Qatar Masters Open Chess Championship being played at Hotel Crowne Plaza in Doha.

Giri has won all his six games and with 100 percent score is one full point ahead of his nearest rival GM Vladimir Kramnik who won last 4 games to take the score to 5 points. Anish Giri will have black pieces against Vladimir Kramnik in the 7th Round.
