FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Baku, Azerbaijan

Baku Chess OlympiadA FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 3 to 9 September 2016, during the 42nd World Chess Olympiad, in Baku, Azerbaijan, by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the Azerbaijan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer will be IA Takis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Aris Marghetis (CAN), Secretary of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.

The venue will be the Boulevard Hotel (5*), in Baku, where all the Match Arbiters of the Baku Olympiad will be accommodated.
The language of the Seminar will be English.

The participation will be free for all.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
