FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Cali, Colombia – Results

Official FIDE logoFrom 1 to 4 July 2015 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Cali, Colombia, by the Confederation of Chess for America, in cooperation the Colombian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer of the seminar was IA Jorge Vega Fernandez (GUA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Jose Martinez Garcia (MEX).

The lectures were in Spanish language.

The venue of the Seminar was the Hotel San Fernando Del Real, salon Cinema, in Cali, Colombia.

Sixteen (16) people from Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Honduras and Mexico participated in the Seminar.

Thirteen (13) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title and after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
