A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 13 to 15 May 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, by the Malaysian Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Bunawan Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Madhavan, Collin (MAS).
The venue of the Seminar will be the Ground Floor Menara KH, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
