The FIDE Presidential Board meeting in Armenia has approved the new titles of players, arbiters, organizers and trainers.
The Paraguay Chess Federation announces that the country’s first Grandmaster, Zenón Franco Ocampos, was awarded with the FIDE Senior Trainer (FST) title.
It is a lifetime award that honours the long list of published books and journalistic works in various media, and training of the renowned players like GM Francisco Paco Vallejo of Spain and GM Axel Bachmann of Paraguay.
