OPEN „A”
OPEN tournament for players rated higher then 2100 FIDE ELO. The organizer has the right to include players with lower rating. The Open “A” will be played according to FIDE rules of 9 rounds of Swiss system.
Tournament is valid for FIDE rating and international title norms.
Time control is 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment for each move starting from the first move.
Prize fund: 199.000,00 RSD (app. 1.660,00 € ; 120 RSD = 1 €)

The prizes are not divided and cannot be cumulated.
The winner receives a trophy and the top three players receive medals.
Entry fees:
Ø for players rated 2100-2399 ELO: 20 €
Ø for women, veterans over 60, juniors U18 rated 2100-2399 ELO: 17 €
Ø for players rated over 2400 ELO, GMs, WGMs, IMs, WIMs: no entry fee
Ø for players U2100 ELO the organizer keeps the right to let them play in the Open “A” tournament but the entry fee is 24 €
OPEN “B”
OPEN tournament for players rated 1500–2099 ELO. The Open “B” will be played according to FIDE rules of 9 rounds of Swiss system. The organizer has the right to include players with lower rating.
The tournament is valid for FIDE rating.
Time control is 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment for each move starting from the first move.

For participants of the “A” tournament the organizers are providing chess sets and clocks.
Participants of the “B” tournament are obligated to provide chess sets and clocks for themselves, except for foreign contestants and players who point out that they don’t have any at least two days before the start of the tournament.
Open “C” – cadets’ tournament
29. 06. – 03. 07. 2018.
OPEN tournament for players rated U1500 ELO and U14. The Open “C” will be played according to FIDE rules of 10 rounds of Swiss system.
The tournament will not be rated with FIDE. The tournament is valid for national categories.
The time control is 60 minutes per player.
Money prizes, boys: Money prizes, girls:
1st place: 5.000,00 RSD 1st place: 5.000,00 RSD
2nd place: 3.000,00 RSD 2nd place: 3.000,00 RSD
3rd place: 2.000,00 RSD 3rd place: 2.000,00 RSD
The winner receives a trophy and the top three players receive medals (girls and boys separated). In the category of U06, U08-10 and U12-14 there will be medals for unrewarded (girls and boys separated).
Entry fee: 6 €
The participants of the Open “C” tournament are obligated to provide chess sets and chess clocks.
Schedule of the Open “C”: Official Opening and 1st round is at 4:30 pm, 29.06.2018.
The schedule for the Open „C“ will be announced at the beginning of the Festival.

Application deadline for “A” and “B”: 26.06.2018. – 3:00 pm
Application deadline for “C”: 29.06.2018. – 3:00 pm
Entry fee: You can pay the entry fee via bank account of GSS Nis or on the day of the start of the tournament until 3:00 pm. Participants who apply after that deadline will be pared from the second round and the entry fee will be raised for 5€.
Accommodation and meals: For the participants out of town accommodation is available in hotel “Zeleni Vir” (www.hotelzelenivir.com), the price of full board is 23€ per night / per person in double and triple rooms and taxes are included. Price per night is 13€ (only bed), breakfast – 2.5€, lunch – 4€, dinner – 4.5€.
