The Schackveckan IM is taking place from 5–11 August 2023 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. It is a 10-player round-robin tournament with participation of Hampus Sorensen, Nicolai Kistrup, Andreas Garberg Tryggestad, Nazar Ustianovich, Stefan 2005 Karlsson, Jonny Hector, Isak Storme, William Olsson, Isak Vinh Brattgjerd and Harald Berggren Torell.
