The tournament is separated in 6 differenct cattegories – 2023 Premier Tournament (9 rounds), 2023 Major Tournament Tournament (7 Rounds), 2023 Minor Tournament (7 Rounds), 2023 Mini Tournament (7 Rounds), 023 U1200s Tournament (6 Rounds) and 2023 Lightning Tournament . The time control of Premier Tournament is 90 minutes plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. The top five seeds of the tournament are GM Hrant Melkumyan, GM Temur Kuybokarov, GM Daniel Howard Fernandez, GM Samy Shoker and IM James Morris.
